June: What I Wore This Month

So June has flown by and I’ve reached a point in which I’m so tired of my procrastination and working on old posts that I thought I would share some fresh content once and for all. I’ve taken inspiration from what used to be one of my favourite things ever, which was putting together my ‘Monday to Friday Edit’ posts circa 2014. A weekly edit of what I wore is a little unrealistic for me at the moment, but a monthly edit? I can totally handle that.

Two words spring to mind when looking at these pictures… Legs! Dresses! There was a heatwave in London (as well as other parts of the UK, I think??) and it finally felt like summer… which meant it was time to let my legs breathe.

I was also lucky enough to do a bit of travelling this month – I was in Madrid for literally one night on the 6th, and in Barcelona from the 27th to the 29th. These were actually work trips so I didn’t get to explore these cities, but at least I experienced some beautiful weather! I was also in Cork, Ireland with the bf from the 23rd to the early morning of the 26th – did it rain? Barely! It was mostly super warm and pleasant, which just made me love the emerald isle even more.

And what does sunshine equal to me? Dresses. Sometimes winter really makes me forget how much I love wearing dresses. It’s interesting to see that a lot of big bloggers have embraced this look too – it seems like girlie summer dresses are officially cool. I’ve also fallen in love with red all over again – well, I’d never really fallen out of love with it, but I love how its feels so relevant right now.

I’m still going to be sharing a bit of old content, but might try to combine it with newer content too, as I’m bursting with ideas!
