My mother took these pictures of me with her humble little digital camera – I didn’t initially think I would include them on the blog but when she sent them to me via email I thought “why not.” They’re a nice memory of the day we went from Malaga to Marbella for a few hours, reminding me of the deep blue sea.
One glance at the pictures and you might think it was hot – it was actually pretty mild, but amazing never the less.

Apart from my faithful Clarks and some of the jewellery, everything that I’m wearing in these pictures is new. I love a good polo neck and fell in love with this piece from ASOS. Isn’t it sexy? I don’t aim to dress sexily at all but I love the look and feel of this ribbed turtleneck – not to mention the blush pink shade.
My mum sent me these pretty bird/possibly eagle shorts as a Birthday present. The hilarious thing is that she sent them to me thinking it was a skirt, only to discover through me that she had, in fact, bought me shorts. Not that I mind – they reminded me of how much I actually love shorts.
As we all know I cannot resist a cute novelty bag and this Soda Pop bag from Accessorize is just too adorable. The necklace was a lovely Christmas gift from my friend and is by American brand Charming Charlie – I’ve always wanted to shop this brand and feel pretty chuffed about finally owning something from them.
(P.S.: This picture was actually taken in Malaga City’s beach, by some very swanky beach bathrooms.)
I can’t say I got to know Marbella well, but I’ll never forget its beautiful beach that seemed to have a landing space for a helicopter – you can get a better grasp of it with this picture from my Instagram.
There was no way I was going to not have my picture taken with this fab pink wall spotted in Malaga City, as I love an outfit and background match! Speaking of matching, I wouldn’t wear this outfit again as it’s not matchy-matchy enough for me. Sad, I know! Not that the lack of matching ruins this memory in the slightest – au contraire!
Photographed in Marbella, Spain on December 21st, 2015.
